I Have Small Single White Coloured Rash At My Labia

I have small single white coloured rash at my labia minora near vaginal opening , it doesn't bother but sometimes it becomes itchy n it's a very small size like a pinhead smaller than a pea it's been there for 3-4 months , I had also cut myself during shaving at the same period of time im not sure if it's related or not I'm really freaked out for what it is?
