I Have Small White Pustules On My Inner Canthus. I

I have small white pustules on my inner canthus. I have had some discharge, mostly in the mornings. I also have chronic sinusitus. My eye doctor put me on amoxicillan for the sinusitus and on neomycin opthalmic ointment. It doesn't seem to be getting much better.
