I Have Smelly Urine (like Really Strong, Noxious) And Think

I have smelly urine (like really strong, noxious) and think it looks cloudy just happened today. Its happened before and my doc didnt tell me what it was just prescribed me antibiotics. Maybe you may help me with the diagnoses. To be honest I had unprotected sex and drank a lot of wine, but it was not with a new partner it was with someone I trust. I do hope that it was not a sti and that it was just a normal uti or something. Just need some clarification as to which you may assume.
