I Have Smoked Meth For 11 Yes And Never Had

I have smoked meth for 11 yes and never had this problem but for the past several months it makes me sick like I'm going to throw up. I can barely move without vomiting? Why is it all of a sudden doing this to me? Is there something else going on with my body that I should be worried about?
