I Have Smoked The Entire Time I Have Been Pregnant,

I have smoked the entire time I have been pregnant, I got hypromesys gladorum (however its spelled) and i couldnt hold anythibg down for months, I also have anxiety problems. I stopped everything but the subutex they MADE me get on. I have always smoked it heavily before and I knew it didn't hurt the baby per say its just not legal where I live. I'm due in a month or so, How can I get it out of me? Water doesn't help I heard.. So if anything what does?
