I Have Soft Swelling In Left Collarbone ,with Pain In

I have soft swelling in left collarbone ,with pain in left arm, tingling in left hand with numbness and upper left chest pain above left breast. Have had heart checked out , they say it is ok. I have copd and have had a fusion of c- spine . I also have pain in legs with the left leg being worse than the right. I have had one dr. say I have Lupus the other not sure. This is very troubling as I can not seem to get a reason for it. I am afraid they are missing something.
