I Have Some Soreness In Right Side Of My Lower

I have some Soreness in right side of my lower abdomen during the day on a scale of 1-10 the soreness is 3 but at night when I go to bed & after laying in bed for a couple of hours the soreness goes up to about 7. I feeling good haven't experienced any problems related to appendicitis it feels more a badly strained muscle than any thing else.
