I Have Some Blood In My Uren And Lot Of

I have some blood in my uren and lot of big piece of white stuff floating in my uren, have any answer for this,also had just blood come out only happen 4 times now, I been seeing a kidney Dr for this but he just gave me meds and see him again in 6 months,
