I Have Some Chest Pain Numbness In My Left Arm

I have some chest pain numbness in my left arm i feel like im running but in slow motion at the same time. I use to take antidepressant for manic depression but quit because nothing worked.. Someone said panic attacks but i also keep server tension headaches
