I Have Some Gupisone On Hand From Last Year When

I have some gupisone on hand from last year when I had bronchitis. I am not able to go to a doctor or pharmacy for a day or tw o and I am miserable with a sore throat, swollen glands, hurts to swallow, ear congestion, runny/blocked nose. I have taken doses of Panadol cold/flu for a day now. Might I take the - gupisone to help?
