I Have Some Issues With Pain In My Fingertips When

I have some issues with pain in my fingertips when urinating, numbness in my arms , and pain when pressing down on any part of my skin, along with skin irritations that appear on hands and arms when there is any kind of pressure applied that welps up and itches. Does this have anything to do with my nervous system?
