I Have Some Itching In My Private Area. It Is

I have some itching in my private area. It is uncomfortable at times, and it does sting to wipe after I go to the bathroom. I am a runner, and I think what happened, is I had to go to Green Bay to do some errands, and went for a run while there. I didn't change my clothes, and stayed in them on the drive home, which is about 40 minutes. I wonder if my problems started then because of being in sweaty clothes while in the car.
