I Have Some Kind Of Boils At My Vulva (opening

I have some kind of boils at my vulva (opening of vagina). What should I do and how to dry it quickly as it was soo painful. Ive snap a picture and after one day I saw there is like a red eye there which I think it is carbuncle.. Please doct..it soo painful. I scared what infection is it because I was having internship in Pathology Lab. I scared.
