I Have Some Pills That I Don't Remember What They

I have some pills that I don't remember what they are. One is white, pointy oblong (small) and has the number 79 on one side and a 3 on the other. I could not seem to get an answer from the identifier. Do you know what this pill may be? If not I will just throw it away.
