I Have Some Problem In My Body , Such As

I have some problem in my body , such as Atrophic Rhinitis for many years but i was diagnosed just 5 years ago while i went back to my home country in the middle east , and this causes me shortness of breath and the feeling of pain in my right chest, and as if inside my nose feels like cemented ! .

Do you think surgery can help ? and is the modern surgery done using Laser and it is not invasive or causing post operation pains ?

2- I sometimes have Rectal Pain [ anal pain ] it comes suddenly and attacks me painfully then it subsides , i am wondering what the hell is the cause ?!

3- I got joint pain as well , [ i used to be a fanatic sport man , doing jogging and many different martial arts sports ] , i am now 53 , and have stopped all those sports for many years now . Pain in my knees , and mostly right elbow , and left Heel , very sharp pain in my left heel , stiff neck [ i assume the stiff and painful neck is due to the Atrophic Rhinitis congestion causing pain in my neck on the both sides ] .
