I Have Some Purple Spots In My Behind And Then

I have some purple spots in my behind and then like 3 or 4 days ago another one grew and it was pink actually and when i touch it softly i can feel like i have no skin and when i sit on it, it hurts very bad. Eventually it would take off but it would leave purple spots in my inner behind... do you know if its bad or good?? Please help
