I Have Some Red Spots On My Legs That Are

I have some red spots on my legs that are weird - they just showed up. They are flat (no puffiness or anything), about the size of a pencil eraser, very red, no itching or anything. Six on one leg, 3 on the other. I'm 67 years old, overweight, and recently started having leg edema - I take water pills most days now.
