I Have Some Seemingly Unrelated Symptoms And Don't Know What

I have some seemingly unrelated symptoms and don't know what to make of them: overall flu like achiness, slight upset stomach, jaw pain, sore in my nose, itching on my upper body, and overall fatigue, going from chills to being very warm, although I have no fever. I am concerned about Lyme's disease, since I live in Northern Wisconsin and had a bad tic bite, difficult to remove, about 5 or 6 weeks ago.
