I Have Some Sort Of Bug Bite On The About

I have some sort of bug bite on the about mid thigh, on the outside of my leg, also another one, same thing, right behind my knee. Both are on the right leg. Itching is slight to nothing. There is a bump right in the center with a red ring of about 2 inches around the center.
