I Have Some Spots On My Back With Very Little

I have some spots on my back with very little itching. Almost a week now. Attached the photos. I don't have any fever or any other discomfort. My friend too had this and he says it's due to cold weather and he took citrizine and says it's cured now. Can you please recommend the medication (tablet/cream) for this issue. it's very cold here around 0-10 degrees.
