I Have Some Strange Symptoms (about 3 Weeks Now) ...

I have some strange symptoms (about 3 weeks now) ... I have a strange breakout on my forehead, around my eyes, and behind my ears. All places itch and are secreting. Behind my ears (where the ear meets my head), it secretes quick a bit and wet to touch. I feel like it is an allergy, but I haven't changed products or anything out of the normal. Should I see a dermatologist? Just not sure what to do. I had it several months ago but on my scalp and The Little Clinic said it was dandruff and prescribed a medicated shampoo. It eventually went away on its own. This has lasted longer.
