I Have Some Swelling And Numbness In My Neck From

I have some swelling and numbness in my neck from 1 inch below my chin on down. probably a 2 inch wide band of numbness. about 2" below the chin is where it seems to originate. I can feel a feel a fairly loose mass in the area. I had to unbutton my shirt today because my tie was a little uncomfortable. i can feel a swollen lymph node just below and to the left of larynx. I noticed the numbness as i shaved yesterday morning.
