I Have Some Uncomfortable Spots On The Inside Of My

I have some uncomfortable spots on the inside of my cheek. I haven't smoked tobacco for many years, but I have smoked marijuana and used alcohol. I am 66 years old, female. Can you tell me what kind of doctor I should see to find out what is wrong. This has been going on for over a week, and I have been feeling unwell. I don't have any real pain, just discomfort. I've had a slight headache. I worry about oral cancer. Should I see a dentist, ENT, primary care physician? I have dental checkups every 6 months.
