I Have Some Vessicles Near The Rectal Area.Very Red. Firey

I have some vessicles near the rectal area.Very red. firey pain and travels down the back of my thigh on the left.Years ago I had shingles on my left arm. I am having the same post herpetic pain in the arm now While assessing the lesions, I noted around the rectum that it is very dark purple. No anal sex never. I have not been engaged in sex for four years despite I am married living with my husband. I am very constipated as well.I have or had a varicose vein in the same rectal area externally. I have back and hip pain which radiates down my left leg from an accident 9 years ago. So I use ice packs daily. Sort of sitting on them wrapped in a towel.

Question is what are the vessicles and what is the purple area?
