I Have Some Vulvar Itching And Some Itching At The

I have some vulvar itching and some itching at the fold where my butt cheek meets my leg. I haven't had any kind of outbreak of bumps or blisters. And a couple of months ago I test negative for HIV, syphillis, gonorrhea, etc. I have had the same monogamous sexual partner this whole time. It is driving me crazy! Would could it be?
