I Have Some Weird Symptoms. Sometimes ,a Couple Times A

I have some weird symptoms. Sometimes ,a couple times a year i'll get some numbness in my hand then i will start feeling at a loss for words and can't talk for a while . after a half hour to an hour it goes away. i have went to the emergency room one time when it was happening but they said i was really healthy and couldn't find anything wrong.
