I Have Someone Very Close To Me In 3rd World

I have someone very close to me in 3rd world who has these symptoms,

Dehydration, anemia, blood coming out of mouth, back pain, sudden increased blood sugar level, mild fever, mild jaundice, some confusion, back pain, neuropathy and weak legs, loss of appetite. The doctors did CBC, cardiac enzyme tests and said everything is normal. HIV is negative. What are the possible differential diagnosis. Chest X-ray was normal, but there was a little productive cough. Sputum negative for TB. Symptoms onset was sudden and he has been bedridden for 3 weeks now. What are possible diagnoses with this limited information. The few local village doctors do not exactly have the real medical training not licensing but they are taking google suggestions.
Please help
