I Have Somethinf Wrong With My Back Called Transitional Vertebral

I have somethinf wrong with my back called Transitional vertebral anatomy with pseudoarthrosis on the RIGHT side at the lumbosacral junction. Having massive non stop stabbing sharp pain. Im going ro go see a neurosurgeon Im afraid that they are just going to want to do physical therapy. But i would like something easier i work and dont havealot of time for physical therapy. is there a surgery for this?
