I Have Something Eating Away At Me Seemingly Just Under

I have something eating away at me seemingly just under the skin. Have a sore that won't heal (stays same shape and size), on my arm and 1 on my scotum. My skin feels rubbery. When I try to defecate It is a war to get anything out. Some of what comes out is stcky n what I think is covering me. Water disrupts this whatever it is. Has to be continuous n pulsating. I can force this out of me a little through thinner membranes (between fingers n toes. Can't see anything the water just turns black. That's when it looks like my skin is deteriorating. Also what I can see uniform sements I ke a worm. And there is some filarsis. They attack my eyes periodically, I'll have an exceptional amount of eyelashes and they curl inward aggravating the eye.
