I Have Something Pushing Out Of My Anus. Pain And

I have something pushing out of my anus. Pain and discofort in my anus and lower abdomen pain. Have some nausea the past couple of days but that could be unrelated. I am a 22 year old male who is overwheight and a heavy smoker. I have anxiety and im really woried about this. Any help on what it is or what to do would be much apreciated.
