I Have Soreness All Over The Top Half Of My

I have soreness all over the top half of my right arm with a moderate burning itching sensation under my arm pit and my back( shoulder blade area ) is very sore and itchy... I have a little red itchy( very very sensitive area) dot surrounded by a much larger red area and it is very very sore and itchy. The outer left side of my right breast is sore also and sometimes sharp pain goes through it. What could this problem s be?
