I Have Soreness/pain In My Muscles In My Upper Arms,

I have soreness/pain in my muscles in my upper arms, outside hip area on both legs and lower back area. Also there is pain from time to time in my back ribs when I take deep breaths. I also have a rash on the front part on my lower legs that has been there for 4 months. The pain in hip and lower back has been going on for 2 or 3 years but the soreness/pain has just started about a month ago. I have a positive ana with speckled pattern titter 1:640 the last time I had it checked about 3 yrs ago. I'm tried a lot too. I'm a 48 yr old female.
