I Have Sores On Back Of Neck, Hairline, On Ears,

I have sores on back of neck, hairline, on ears, face and some down back. Sometimes they itch, but mostly burn. Seems like hair gets lint\fibers and when touching skin burns and makes sores. Sores oftentimes have black looking specs and sometimes hard and soft white things. Things get in clothes and sheets and make holes. It's like my body attracts things, almost like a magnet. Sometimes specs on face burn when trying to apply moisturizer. Even get grainy feeling in between toes, mostly when wearing socks and bottom of feet burn bad. This has made me very depressed. Can no longer wear face make-up, it bothers me. Metal bothers me, especially glitter and I find glitter all in my car and it gets on me and burns. Please help. Depression is getting worse because of this condition. I'm on disability with a limited income. Only have $185-200 a month left after paying my bills and have to use that money to buy groceries and gas. I'm desperate. Please help me for free.
