I Have Sores On My Lips, The Sides Of My

I have sores on my lips, the sides of my tongue, under my tongue, and I think all along the inside of my teeth(at the very least there is now a raised section all around the edge of my mouth that was not fully there yesterday), I also have had a nasty sore throat, it hurts to eat anything due to chewing hurting too much, and my nose is runny and keeps switching between smelling like bread and smelling like fruit. I was really weak yesterday but not as weak today even though the sores have gotten worse.
