I Have Sores On The Inside Of My Cheeks Along

I have sores on the inside of my cheeks along with pain and sensitivity to spicy or acidic foods. Other symptoms include numbness and tingling inside my right ear, numbness in left foot, double vision with headaches. I'm a mess! I'm probably leaving out something but let's give it a shot!
