I have spinal stanosis and ostioarthritis.and other problems in the L2 to L5 area of the spine. Was diagnosed with Cronic Pain issues. I was wondering if MJ and rubbing alcohol will help if I apply it on my back. How do I apply it, how much and how often. My grandma used it many years ago, but she has passed and cant explain how to do it. Now doctors prescribe Norco, I would rather stop taking Norco.
