I Have Spinal Stenosis And The Doctor I First Had

I have spinal stenosis and the doctor I first had used kenalog. That doctor left his practice and the next doctor I saw used depomedrol. This helped but not as good. I am to go back to this doctor in 2 days. In the mean time I have read that depomedrol or triamcinolone should not be injected into the spine. Please give your opinion
