I Have Spinal Stenosis Really Bad Mostly On My Left

I have spinal stenosis really bad mostly on my left side. My feet also hurt, everything hurts as soon as I wake
up. I have had two shots maybe less than 2 years ago I didn't think they worked but now I know they did because
I was able to walk straighter taller and even walked a couple days a week. My doctor now wants more
x rays and next MRIs and go from there, I have to find a back doctor for my condition after that.
My girlfriend who has what I have just told me about this and how much it helped her. She also told me
it takes some people longer to get relief , it took her 7 weeks but she was on crutches when she started?
I need relief I am only 55 years old and a widow. Do you think this could help??
