I Have Spinasupratas For The 2nd Time. First Time My

I have spinasupratas for the 2nd time. First time my Dr. told me to take 2 advice 3 times a day for 7 days. The pain disappeared and now several months later I did some lifting and have it again. My doctor had told me the first time that I could take advice even tho I am on verapamil. Well I haven't contacted my doctor yet this time but the advice does not seem to be doing it. Was wondering if I could take aleve instead
