I Have Spinning In The Head At Night. This Happened

I have spinning in the head at night. This happened about 3 years ago, this past December and April and then last night. I am on blood pressure medication. My primary doctor thought my blood pressure may have gone up and this caused the dizziness. I took my blood pressure last night when I had this episode and it was 135/74.
