I Have Sporadic Pain That Jumps Between Thigh Bones And

I have sporadic pain that jumps between thigh bones and other bones in my shoulder and forearms. It randomly comes and goes. I have recently been diagnosed with an some kind of auto-immune disease do to the fact I have been breaking out with random red blotches. my Dr. has me use steroid cream and the blotches clear up. my question is what about the recent pain I am experiencing. Are they related, and what else do you think the pain might be?
