I Have Spots In My Pelvic Ultrasound That Are Like

I have spots in my pelvic ultrasound that are like clumps of bled, red, and green. I think there was more blue and green rather than red. I don't have discharge just spotting every once in awhile but I haven't had an actual period since thanksgiving of 2015. Could it not be Endometrial cancer?
