I Have Squishy Sound In My Sinuses And My Nose

I have squishy sound in my sinuses and my nose is always stuffy for over a year. I blow my nose to clear them and they open up for about 5 minutes then stuff up again. Sometimes I can't breath through my nose but when I can the sinuses are still stuffy and make a squishing noise mainly around my eyes. I have open angle glaucoma. I have seen an opthalmologist and she had no idea what was going on
