I Have Stabbing Pain In The Right Side Of My

I have stabbing pain in the right side of my back- I have had extreme pain before from injuries to my back or other areas but this is coinciding with the end of my cycle and i am unable to sleep and have shortness of breath- heat and ice did not help nor did acupressure
