I Have Stage 3 Endomitriosis And Have Have Extreme Fatigue

I have stage 3 endomitriosis and have have extreme fatigue dizziness and pain the last week. I am sexually active right now and also have low blood pressure that is bring treated. I don't know if I should set up an appointment with my ob-gyn or if this is something I need to take quicker action on. I had my cycle but it was only for one day, and since then I have been puking, getting dizzy and light headed, and experiencing extreme pain and exhaustion. What should I do?
