I Have Stage 3 Kidney Disease And A Chronic UTI

I have stage 3 kidney disease and a chronic UTI I am on Lasix and was taking good Macrodantinand developed inter stitial lung disease from it so now the dr ordered Cefalexion. Is there a drug interaction between the two drugs?
I am also on insulin Spirololactone, synthroid and many other drugs.
