I Have Stage 4 Breast Cancer That Has Metastized. I

I have stage 4 breast cancer that has metastized. I recently found out it is in my liver and neck. I also have it in my spine. 7th and 11th veribrae and now my 4th vertibrae. is there a shot tht acan help this. Also, what is the name of it. I orignally found my breast cancer in 2010. Stage 4. I had a spot on liver, lung, rib, 7th and 11th vertibrae and many samll spots on spine.
