I Have Stage 4 Chronic Kidney Disease, Diabetes, And Hypertension.

I have stage 4 chronic kidney disease, diabetes, and hypertension. This is a holiday weekend and I am having chills and sweats, swelling in ankles especially the right one. I also have some back pain near the rib cage. Groin pain when walking or standing for some time(going to the grocery store). I am on several med for all the ailments I have listed. If my doctor is not in tomorrow should I visit an emergency room at a hospital or (as we call it a doc in a box) like the pharmacy or stand alone clinic.
