I Have Stage 4 Cirrhosis, From Having Had HC. Feeling

I have stage 4 cirrhosis, from having had HC. Feeling pretty sick most days, had a fibroscan done, the number 20.9 came up, don't understand what that means. I have a appointment with Liver specialist, but not for 2 months. Would medical cannabis help me or a antiviral medication? I don't like the idea of being high , but I have read that cannabis will get rid of hepatitis c which I have had for about 30 yrs.could you help me ,
