I have stage 4 head and neck cancer. I have recieved 2 treatments with Keytruda and 1 treatment of Zometa.
Twice iin the last week I have gotten fatigued and light headed in the shower, followed by profuse sweating. After a few minute, I am weak but OK. I have had borderline hypoglycemia in the past, but this feels a little different - not as much confusion. Should i bother my oncologist with this? - could it be a little dehydration?
